The CYFO Behavior Services Ltd. was established to fulfil the following objectives:
- Deliver services to children, youth, families and organizations;
- Conduct manpower planning, training services;
- Encourage creativity in individuals, groups and organizations;
- Give health-related services such as work stress and addiction prevention;
- Serve as a Human Resource Development Agent;
- Encourage the use of psychological tests for employee recruitment and selection;
- Encourage Personality Testing in the workplace;

in the workplace;
- Help in the preparation of employees for happy retirement through systematic
Retirement Advisory Training; and
- Liaising with Local and International agencies whose activities are designed
to support children, youth, families, organizations.
